Information regarding decree legislation 196/2003

We would like to inform you, that as in article number 13 of the legislative
decree 196/2003 of the Italian law, Policarpal S.r.l. will proceed to handle
personal details, supplied by yourself within full respect of the legislation
which endeavours to protect personal details. The bestowal of these details
is not obligatory however refusal to provide them will determine the possibility
of using the on line order service.
The personal details supplied are gathered both technologically and manually,
then used with the auxiliary of electronic means, either directly or through
delegated third parties ( companies commissioned for production, delivery,
data entry, accounting, for the following reasons;
Reasons connected to the carrying out of the service and to the management
of the on line order of the product.
In any case, your personal details will not be given to other companies (apart
from those above) or sold to third parties.
As in article 7 of the legislative decree 196/2003, you have the right to
obtain information on the handling of your personal details through the person
responsible for such matters, at any time and also for:
1)the confirmation of the existence of these details, the communication of
them and their origin;
2)details of identification of the Proprietor or Manager, as well as People
or categories to which the details can be referred or may come to know of
in their working position as being responsible or in charge of the information.
3)Rectification, integration and bringing up to date of the information.
4)The cancellation, transformation in anonymous form and withholding of details
in violation of the law.
5)Certification that the procedures of which in points 3 and 4 are brought
to the knowledge of those whose details are diffused, with the exception of
impossible cases where this procedure is out of proportion in respect to the
rights safeguarded;
6)To oppose: the handling of details, even though pertinent to the aim of
data gathering, for legitimate reasons; to the handling of details for commercial
scope or for the execution of market research.

To exercise rights as foreseen in article 7 of legislative decree 196/2003,
please write to Policarpal S.r.l. at the above address, to the attention of
The Personal Information Manager.

MANIFESTATION OF CONSENT
As in article 13 and 23 of legislative decree 196/2003, I hereby declare
to have read and understood the above information relevant to the handling
of my personal details and duly express my consent for the handling of my
personal details by Policarpal S.r.l. and third party delegates (companies
commissioned for the production, delivery, data entry, accounting) in order
to carry out services connected to on line shopping.
I also consent to the referral of my personal details to third parties as
above and exclusively for the means previously mentioned. Personal details
will not be used by Policarpal S.r.l. for statistical and promotional reasons.
In the event of lack of consent, Policarpal S.r.l. will not be able to carry
out the service of shopping on line.
After having filled in the “buy on line” form, I declare to have
read and understood the information given and express my consent to the handling
and referral of my personal details, for the reasons disclosed in this form,
I am aware that through lack of consent the order cannot go through.
